Amy is President & CEO of DecisionPoint Consulting. Under her leadership, the company has expanded its services and invested in new technologies and today delivers high-quality market research consulting services to a national clientele.

An accomplished marketing research professional experienced in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, Amy has a talent for mastering new technology, concepts, and insights in a creative and innovative manner. Her functional expertise includes concept testing, segmentation, purchase, and usage studies, brand equity studies, focus group moderation, brand positioning, advertising research, and pricing research.

Amy has been recognized for her leadership and volunteer involvement in the community.  She has received awards from the Association of Sales and Marketing Executives (SAME) for her distinguished presence in Northeast Ohio’s marketing community as well as the “Best-in-Class” award for her tenure as president of the Akron-Canton American Marketing Association.

Jerry has been a market research professional for over 35 years and is particularly skilled at designing and conducting studies that yield powerful insights and successful outcomes.

His expertise includes handling the full range of research project components including project design, implementation, analysis, results in interpretation, and presentation. This experience encompasses both quantitative and qualitative study designs, focus group planning, group moderation, and results in analysis.

While conducting focus group sessions, Jerry has a unique ability to make his audience members feel very comfortable sharing and expressing their opinions.  This relaxed atmosphere produces an open exchange that results in a deeper understanding of why individuals think the way they do and their decision-making processes. These insights become invaluable when identifying and determining the potential success of a new product or idea.

Jerry received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cleveland State University and is a past President of the Cleveland Chapter of the American Marketing Association.
